Checking print helper…
To print straight to a named printer, this computer needs the free QZ Tray helper (qz.io/download) running. Install it once, start it, and when it asks, tick Remember this decision. Without it, tickets open the normal print dialog instead.
Trust this website in QZ Tray (once per computer — needed so QZ lets you tick “Remember”)
- Press Download certificate — it saves a file called
override.crt. - Copy that file into QZ Tray's program folder: Windows
C:\Program Files\QZ Tray\· Mac/Applications/QZ Tray.app/Contents/Resources/· Linux/opt/qz-tray/. - Quit QZ Tray and start it again, then reload this page and press Detect printers. QZ now recognises this website and asks no more questions.
Can't copy into the folder? In QZ Tray open the tray icon → Advanced → Site Manager and allow this website there. Until it is trusted you can still click Allow each time the Print station page opens — one click, and it prints all day.
Bill layout & pictures shop name, address and phone are taken from Settings → Store
PNG or JPG, up to 2 MB. Pictures are shrunk to fit and printed in black & white. A simple, high-contrast picture prints best.
Customer bill message
Tax on the bill follows the customer's payment method (set under Payment methods) — there is nothing to enter here.
